I am happy with how it turned out! :) I cut triangles of paper, and then "distressed" the edges of each. Then I punched 2 holes in each triangle. Finally I used my Sure Cuts A Lot 2 software with my cricut and cut out the letters. After I attached the letters I strung the pennants on ribbon, and wa-lah! A birthday banner... :)
